About a PC in power armor:
"take off your helmet so we can confirm your identity and/or shoot you"

"Prisoner? What Prisoner? A corpse is not a prisoner"

"So now he's a prisoner as opposed to a corpse"

"I have not been brainwashed, I have been interpolated"
(interpolation being basically brainwashing)

"Don't struggle too much or your catheter will come out"

"Don't worry, we only do brain surgery here"

"Did we all get hit in the left leg?" (The entire party of 4 PCs)

"Yes"

Ying: "I have xenophilia! There here to be friendly! We should hail them!"
GM: "Fortunately, Sarah has control of the communications."
Sarah: "Yeah, that's crazy talk."

--

Bella: "I'm missing something."
Sean (OOC): "Sanity!"
Ying (OOC): "If you find yours, let me know!"

--

Ying: "Fellow traveler, you're shooting at our ship, please stop."
Bella and GM (OOC): "HELLO TRAVELER!"
(And now there's a Claptrap on the map.)

--

(After a 20d non-wounding, double-knockback attack sent three enemies sprawling 12 hexes)
Sarah: "Not bad, huh? I should take up pool."

Chloe: "Every time I think it can't get any weirder, I'm proven wrong!"
Baron Blitz: "For anyone else, I'd say 'welcome to being a super.'"
Chloe: "Becoming a super was my 'hold my beer' moment."

--

Chloe: "Next, we'll discover Mary and I are half-sisters.

Shadowrun. The pc are mowing down slaughtering overwhelming a group of opponents with remarkable ease.

GM: (sighs) "Why am I even rolling the dice?"

Player: "Because you like the noise?"

GM: "There's a massive spike of stone jutting out of the ground at the park--that park."
Chloe: "[sighs]. Wait, is it coming out of the duck pond? If so, [expletive] them. [The ducks] can deal with it."

--

Lost Opal: "I've got a 100-foot tall termite mound in the park!"
Baron Blitz: "And your answer was a 100-foot-tall anteater?"
Lost Opal: "I'M NEW AT THIS!"

--

Chloe: "Yeah, it was a day--there was a lot. The bugs were the licorice-flavored enema to top off the day."
<beat>
Barry: "That was a word-picture."

Elise: "Ice cream homunculus?"
John: "Those words do not go together!"
Elise: "Well, what do you want to call it."
John: "No, you're right. They just don't go together."

--

John: "John will call Lana and take an exposition dump on her voice mail."

--

John: "They will go play karaoke-lazer tag. I don't know that is, but they'll figure it out."

Count yourselves lucky. I've seen a Champions character that disposed of bodies by turning them into ice cream and selling it.

Aldehar the Incendiary once stuck his staff into a Gelatinous Cube and then set off his maxed out Explosive Fireball. This lead to.....

"You all take 3D6 of Staypuft Marshmallow Man damage!"

Was he called "the Incendiary" before this incident, or was this the source of that sobriquet?

No, he'd liked Fire spells from the beginning and sort of specialized in them. However, his fondness for Fire Magic was purely practical. It was Nyx the Barbarian who actually had Pyromania (and she never even tried to save from it).

So those two things together led to:

"How much did you say those Amulets of Resist Fire were?"
