Most of the time that wont be much use so I propose +10% for each doubling of height.
That looks too cheap to me. If the player thinks extra height is not worth the proportional cost implied by the standard value for AE, then just do not get it. +25% looks like the fair generic cost, but of course you would be to adjust that for your own purposes.

So I'm getting that it should be mostly right to make a shpere or dome enhancement for AoE that costs 60% more than wall?
