How about allowing characters with levels of Acute Vision to get this bonus on top of Aim bonuses? You would have to put a cap on it, say the Acute Vision bonus can not exceed that of the weapons ACC, or half the weapon's ACC if you are not generally generous.

The price is very, very, very wrong, unless you intend a lot of unstated restrictions on that.

As someone with poor vision AND in need of new glasses, I am intrigued by all this banter.
From what little bow and crossbow experience I have, I find it easy to hit blurry blobs as opposed to distant smears.
