You all have probably gotten the notice already. But just in case...

And the email to collect the electronic bits has come through.

At this rate SJG will be banned for given campaigns a good name by shipping early :-)

I got my box, however there is no assembly guide.
Is one needed? I have not opened the individual sprue bags, yet.

Received mine today. Every thing looks good. No instructions, but how hard could it be, really? Very happy but also sad 'cus this feels like the end of an era. Was 2011 really that long ago? *snif*

I got mine already and they are sweet. I think the GEVs are a bit smaller than the metal ones, but that's okay the metal ones are mkII GEVs.

It is not that hard, however; past sets had them, and if this set is supposed to, and does not, SJGames would likely want to know if they were missed in some sets.

Just got a text from FedEx:

Quote:
Delivery due: 24/04/2024 before 22:00
Not bad given the pickup was just now and I'm in the U.K. - hopefully dear old RM will not need to touch the box and this date could be reached!

RMs recent record is 5 days for a paid for tracked 48-hour delivery (no public holidays or weekends between posting and expected delivery :-(

I got around to assembling some GEVs today and once the back is on they match up with the metal models much better than I expected. I also did some LGEVs, super heavy tanks, heavy tanks, and light tanks. The parts generally snap together tightly and fit well. The turrets for the GEVS are the exception being, tiny and having only a nub of a pin and a shallow socket. Oh well that's what tweezers and super glue are for.
