Not the entire Middle East. I'm not giving that much land and worse population to a TL 11 culture. They would too easily and totally dominate everyone else. A single city is enough.

Kind of an odd pick given one of the cyberpunk adventures is set in Montana. And what does "Northern Michigan" mean in this context, given that Windsor's right next to Detroit?

I'd have gone with Southern Quebec, to have a split between "Dark Cyberpunk Anglo Canada" and "Bright Biopunk French Canada"

I was thinking of the Medusa Sanction, the area from Detroit to Toronto

You know what I'm thinking might go into Poland? Discworld. Except I don't have GURPS Discworld and barely remember the books.

What part of discworld? My knowledge is worse than yours, but I don't think the whole of discworld will fit in Poland. I suppose Ank-mork or whatever its called is the obvious choice

You know the setting better than I do, it seems. I was looking to fill in a part of the world that wasn't cluttered, and was still distinctively THS, but it might be good to stick the interesting stuff mostly next to each other.

The "single city" rule is a good idea, keeps things in check. Though I do feel like THS deserves two different locations nearby each other.

So if caliph gets a single city, which city should it get?

Something on the Persian gulf feels like it would fit nicely, though you can do something like giving them the Zenj skyhook in what is now equatorial guinea to emphasize the spacefaring capability.

If you were going by corresponding area, it would be Überwald or one of its neighbors, which are the DW generic Eastern Europe analog, heavy on the horror movie cliches.

Do they test Mars rovers there? I chose the Atacama because casual research suggested space agencies test that kind of tech there.

edit: I'm genuinely curious, not saying you're wrong.
