Weapon bonuses = All items bonuses?

Hello there!

Well, i don't know what is written on the english cards, but in the portuguese version there are some texts that would be translated into "weapon bonuses". For example:

"Your weapon bonuses don't count on this combat".

Does this mean that i don't get the bonuses from ALL my equips or just from the ones that look/are weapons, like swords, axes, etc?

In the absence of any specifics, I'm going to guess that they mean Item bonuses there. Unfortunately, no one on our staff knows Portuguese (or most of the other languages our licensees publish in), so we have to trust that the translations are accurate. If something looks REALLY hinky, we do our best to check it, of course.

Thanks, Andrew, I just got "Munchkin 2: Unnatural Axe" and the translated text "weapon bonuses" appears on some cards, but we will threat them as general equipment bonuses.

Edit: the portuguese translation (as far as i saw) is good, but sometimes rule-specific terms are translated in different ways, so I always check the original texts when I have a doubt.

Can you name the cards? I have both versions available and could easily check them.
