How does she arrange to have them transferred to my library. (It was almost a year ago so I'm not sure what sort of records you keep for that)

If your partner's account only houses e23 items that contain products that should be in your library, then the easiest thing to do is to merge the two accounts; I'm pretty sure that should work. Contact me via email (smarsh@sjgames.com) with the usernames of the two accounts. (I'll need an email sent from each of the two addresses associated with the accounts.)

It's not something we really encourage, and I know I'd prefer not to codify it with a permanent link. (Our FAQ says it's not an option currently, and really it's not. If we need to tinker with folks' individual accounts, then the labor costs make it likely we've lost money on the items sold... which isn't much of a way to run a railroad!)
