Combining different Munchkin games

I didn't find a good thread for this so I made a new one:

So, I have Star Munchkin and I'm getting Munchkin Cthulhu ( when the post arrives :D ). But I got Munchkin 5 De-Ranged as a gift and thought that can I combine these sets or at least some of them or should I buy the "normal" Munchkin.

Thanks for answers, and I'm rather new to munchkin ( played couple games with Star Munchkin), if you thought the question stupid.

You CAN add it if you wish, but the cards in munchkin 5 are not meant to stand alone with other genres of Munchkin.
