Laser Gun (Duck Tales)

It's a Gun item by the rule, but is it also a Laser item?
I suppose it's not, by literally applying the rule (it does not end with ...aser), am I correct?

EDIT: by the way, is the Gun rule "it's a Gun if it has 'gun' in the title" still active? I've just checked and I've not found it in the last edition of the Impossible rules...

Most of those rules are left up to the players. If you can make a successful argument that Laser Gun is both an 'aser' and a gun, then of course it counts.
