Re: Superflash Model
Toltrin, definitely the right song. Unfortunately Car Wars has always been too advanced to be a good fit for Road Warrior.

Re: Superflash Model
In some parts of the Car Wars world there would be Road Warrior type conditions where technology got EMPed into extinction.

Re: Superflash Model
There's the Dreg Zones covered in _RASG 3_; most of those are barely, if at all, out of _Chassis & Crossbow_.

Re: Superflash Model
The Dreg Zones? When I was younger I was really into designing cars and less playing them as turns could take literally 2 minutes.
Where are the Dreg Zones? I didn't have all the materials (my cousin did). Aptly named "Chassis and Crossbows" ... haha.

Re: Superflash Model
If you get the _Road Atlas and Survival Guide_ PDFs: Pretty-much-every former Large City has a "dreg zone" -- an area (or areas) which are burned out, and populated by vagrants, criminals, and such. These areas will be spelled out.
