Trying to Find 'Movable' Disadvantage

I'm trying to stat a weapon as a character (using points) and I know that I've seen a disadvantage which makes a character unmovable under its own power. I think that this is in the same book that had a magical harp as a statted character (one with split personality).

I just cannot remember which book or books this was in. I'd be grateful if someone could help me with this.

It's the one disadvantage of having so many books (as well as printed PDFs): trying to remember exactly where you saw a particular advantage or disadvantage.

Your welcome and this is true. The Powerups series has been helping with that for some things and many people use GURPS Charecter Assistant or something to help. I have my own database that I barely started for personal use.
