The spell creates a kind of glue that makes everyone in a 2-yard radius get stuck in the ground. By succeeding with a ST check, the subject can move 1 yard – this counts as their full Move, so they must take the Move and Attack maneuver if they wish to attack as well.

The spell summon a layer of pure vitner around a being or object. The aura gives DR 2 per level and has the appearance of one of the four elements – water, fire, earth, or air. The spellcaster decides which element the aura appears as. This is a purely visual effect, but can grant a +2 to Intimidation checks against superstitious foes (GM’s decision).

They know the exact direction the place is relative to them. This gives +3 to Navigation to get to that place (only).

The spell temporarily makes a person’s hearing more acute. To protect the hearing against unwanted noises, the spell also acts as a filter, which dampens all high and strong sounds that would otherwise damage the hearing of the person. The person gets +4 on any Task that utilizes heating, and receives +4 to Shadowing skill when following a noisy target. In addition, the person gets a +5 to resist temporary damage and Sense-Based attacks targeting that sense.

By handling an object, the spellcaster can use the spell as an instrument to perceive what happens around the object at a later point. The spellcaster can choose the experience the surroundings of the object whenever they like, as long as the spell is still active.
To initiate the seeing, the caster must concentrate for one minute, and then make an IQ roll. If the viewpoint is out of sight, the roll is at -5.
If the caster touches the object while the spell is active, they can also see whatever happened around the object earlier during the spell’s duration.

The spell forms vitner around the sorcerer and creates a terrible disguise that only the spellcaster’s enemies can see. The spellcaster can choose who is affected by the spell and who isn’t. The illusion the victims see is the worst and most feared creature they can imagine, which means that not everyone sees the same thing. Enemies who can see the caster must roll a Fright Check at -5.

The spell creates an invisible vine of vitner that the sorcerer can place around a chosen subject’s or creature’s legs. The victim must make a DX roll in order not to fall.

Statistics: As per Tanglefoot (Sorcery, p. 14)

Hrimefleigja (Hailstones)

The sorcerer summons a swarm of small hailstones in his hands and flings them at the enemy. On their way to the victim, the hailstorm grows in size and speed until they form a rain of fist-sized hails closing in on the target at reckless speed. The spell has RoF 9 and each projectile does 1d damage.

Statistics: Crushing Attack, 1d (Increased Range, ½D, 10, +15%; Rapid Fire, +100%; Reduced Range, 5, -20%; Sorcery, -15%) [9]

Edit: This spell is not leveled because that would make blasters too powerful.

Hreimkraftla (Hoarfrost)

The spell causes a sudden and local rime that cools an area of their choosing within range. The enchanted area has the form of a cylinder. Inside this cylinder, the frost isn’t the only thing that damages, but also the air which is cooled to far below zero. This causes 1d FP damage. Armor does not protect, but winter clothes gives DR 2.

The sorcerer lowers the temperature within range to drop by up to 40 degrees immediately. This spell never does any direct damage, but can ruin potions by freezing them, etc.

The sorcerer fires a beam of cold that can be directed towards one person within range. The being hit by the enormous cold must succeed with a HT roll or be stunned. The victim may roll vs HT once per second to recover. Temperature Tolerance adds to the resistance roll and creatures immune to cold are unaffected. Winter clothing gives +3 to the resistance roll – heavy winter clothing gives +8.

The spell creates a spiritual link between a victim and the sorcerer. The sorcerer can read the victim’s surface thought. The sorcerer must be able to see or touch the subject to affect them. If the sorcerer wins the Quick Contest between sorcerer and subject, they can “hear” everything they say, subvocalize, or actively think about as a voice in their heads. Received thoughts comes at the speed of speech. If the sorcerer cannot understand the language, or if the subject isn’t sapient, the sorcerer only picks up feelings, images, and general intent.
If the sorcerer loses, the subject is immune to further attempts for 24 hours.

Statistics: Mind Reading (Increased Immunity 1, -10%; Sorcerer, -15%) [23]

The spell creates a sphere of energy that stops outside viewers from seeing any sources of light inside the sphere. Their view of the area is limited to the ambient light level, so if if the outside area is lit by moonlight, they are at -5 to see anything inside the sphere. Meanwhile, anyone inside the sphere derives full benefit from any sources of light within the sphere.

Statistics: Obscure 10 (Defensive, +50%; Selective Area, +20%; Stealthy, +100%; Only Squelches light, -50%; Sorcery, -15%) [41] + 10 points per level

Cosmic, +50% is far too expensive for that effect; it's effectively +60% to your pricing — but Selectivity, +10% (p. B108) is what you need except more powerful than that: it would allow you to use any combination of the enhancements on the advantage, or all of them simultaneously.

Although by the description, that make sense: if it can distort their voice into a beautiful sound that's still impossible to understand, then you want the following:

Affliction 1 (Advantage, Voice, +100%; Disadvantage, Cannot Speak, +15%; Fixed Duration, +0%; Reduced Duration, 1/20, -25%; Selectivity, +10%; Sorcery, -15%; Touch, -20%) [17].
