The point of posting this is to see if anyone wants to work with me on this project. Also why does it matter if I posted something similar before? It was 4 or 5 months ago and the work has changed radically.

As an author (some Pyramid, one supplement, and another on the way) I simply do not see enough here to warrant my work.
It reminds me of prior efforts of converting New Agey ideas to magic, Bonewitz, some other supplements I cant quite recall. Perhaps Harn, etc.
What you have is flavor text more than rules and I suspect trying to convert it all into a cohesive system is more trouble than its worth. Also not as fun as a more creative effort.
I looked at that and said simply "looks best as a powers conversion". So my advice would be do that. Use GURPS Psionic Powers as a worked example but really GURPS Powers Power Stunt rules, especially Using Abilities at Default is all you need here.

You might want to start with the elevator pitch of "why would someone want this?". Without that, it's pretty much a tl;dr.

That's right. Sphere magic had slipped my mind. It had always struck me as the genericized version of the old MtA rules. Thanks for the addition!

(At this point I want a list of existing magic systems in other games that don't have similar GURPS rules somewhere. It would save time trying to find some new angles on gaming magic.)

It seems like, if you were thinking that this was more or less done and were just looking for someone to help you make it into a book, you may have to put that off, yeah, because it's not done by a long streak.

It seems like, there was a lot more of it both fluff and rules last time. Did you not like those bits after all?

That could e a little tricky. The chapter in Thaumatology is closer to a kit to build that sort of magic system than a direct port of M:tA. If you allow that level of similarity though there is nothing that comes to mind that you couldn't do with some version of Magic-as-Powers.

This part of your introduction doesn't provide clear information, since magic does not exist in the real world. Even people who do believe magic exists have radically varied opinions on what it is and how it works.

After receiving such negative criticism I don't think I even want to play gurps. I thought this game was designed to be changed anyway you wanted to play it!

Other than the one person who thought you had kinda spammed things I didn't see any negative or insulting posts. A lot of constructive criticism though and if you want to build rules, a setting, or pretty much create anything you will get that. Simply impossible to please everyone so a thick skin is required. Also you need more motivation than hopes of getting admiration or platitudes.
Writing is more than just throwing things on paper, and good writing takes a lot of time and effort so you better be real motivated to do it.
Several of us gave you practical advice or at least our opinions. Take what you want and work with it or not.
