Gurps magic - how to make a magic tome

I want to make a magic tome, but don't really know how to do it. I thought of o way with reusable scrolls, but also couldn't find any information how to make these. I am open to suggestions

GURPS 4E Dungeon Fantasy 4 - Sages is the book about well...books, tomes, scrolls and maps!!!

there are extensive rules there!!!
