Re: Biggest enemy and/or battle you’ve encountered?
I've brought it up in a couple of threads but it's very relevant here; My playing group has the Leviathan Rule where the bigger the enemy the less likely they'll be alive long enough to take their first turn. It's named such because leviathans are (so far) the biggest creatures (200+yds long) anyone has fought and not once have they lived to take a turn.
Other than that? I don't know the exact dimensions of the space ship, but there was an enemy space ship capable of easily supporting the masses of around half a million and was armed to the teeth with different weapons. I know I won that battle. Biggest battle? That I'm not certain. If we had bothered to count I know we fought against seven 'gods' and their unceasing minions that covered the area between three major cities, but I couldn't tell you the numbers. |

Re: Biggest enemy and/or battle you’ve encountered?
I don't know if it would count because we never fought the entire force in one go.
Many years ago I was in a Traveller campaign where the PC's were officers on an imperial warship. After a misjump their single very elderly cruiser having found it's self behind a Solomani advance ended up with about two squadrons worth of ships (16-20) trying to run it down. They were still trying to run it, or rather the surviving crew, down a year and at least six lost ships later when the waring parties blundered into the main imperial counter attack. |
