loaded & reloaded order
I was in battle with a (boss) monster, and it is "my" monster. I rolled for me, a one. Then I rolled for the monster, a three. Then a player who wanted the game to be over because he had to wake up "like right now" (the game was running into the wee hours of the morning and beyond) played a "reloaded die" to help my roll become a six, and then realized it wasn't enough to help. I responded by using a loaded die to change the monster's roll to a one, and won the game.
Another player argued that once I rolled for me, and then for the monster, the reloaded die card could not be used on the roll for me because it was not my most recent die roll. But the guy ending the game said he could, because the monster roll was a separate thing, the "me" and "monster" rolls are interchangable (I could have said the first roll was the monster and the second one me just as easily) and if the monster was a different color I wouldn't be rolling for the monster anyway. So is that ok? Can I roll for me, then roll for the monster, then have someone change my roll? (Yes, the rolls occured on 2 different dice of my color) Thoughts? |

Re: loaded & reloaded order
Monster and player rolls are considered to be simultaneous, even if for logistical reasons they must be made sequentially. Your play was legal.
