Certain cards excluded from the Munchkin Promo card rotation?

I was just curious if certain Munchkin Promo cards are ever left out of the ones that can come with Warehouse 23 orders? There are 4 specifically I am curious about and they are Mary Sue, Perfectly Tailored (both have supposedly been in circulation since July 2020), Fearsome Forgemaster and Charita's Mello Chello (have been in circulation since July 2021). I know this is peak COVID timing, so we're they just delayed or are they not obtainable through orders? If they are not in the rotation, is it possible to maybe get them on the list of cards you can specifically request for 50 cents? Thanks!

P.S. Yes, I have done multiple orders and requested the cards and do understand its not a guarantee when you request cards.

Promos come and go, with the supply random and variable based on what we choose to reprint and how we choose to distribute them. The best we can suggest is keep an eye open; we sometimes offer promos in ways outside of Warehouse 23.
