What to do about Strouden
Hi all,
Strouden in all source material is listed as Traveller tech level D, or 13. Per guidelines in GURPS TRAVELLER, tech level 13 translates to GURPS Traveller tech level 10. Other than modifying the WTN by -.5, is there any other effect on changing the GTL (GURPS Tech Level) to 10?
