Yet it will be strangely fatiguing to do this for somebody else.

It's expressly a magical ability, so what's strange about the fatigue?

It was stuctured as if it were mundane bandaging. Using the first Aid skill generally costs no FP.

Magical -10% expressly says it isn't only mundane bandaging. It's structured as magically-augmented bandaging.
