Default GURPS Martial Arts adventure online

I’m thinking of running a Martial Arts adventure which will be set in 220 BC China. 300 points. Up to -150 Disadvantages and -5 Quirks. Iron Age tech level 2. We will use GURPS Basic Set 4th ed. and the 4th ed. Martial Arts book. Cinematic Martial arts, Psionics (Psionic Powers 4th ed. book) and Magic (4th ed.) are allowed. Normal mana in most places. One player is playing the Emperor of China. Another is playing a Magistrate Mage.

Court Intrigue, Traders, Explorations, Urban Intrigue, Mystic/Holy Quests

Character types: Artistics, Entertainers, Merchants, Mercenaries, Spies, Monk, Princes, Sorcerers, Magistrates, Scholars, Military Officer with Strategy.

You can be Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, or a European with a Fencing Style (iron weapons).
