You should list Eggplant on that. That site should get much more awe than it does.

Possibly, what you're looking for as far as fantasy goes is Nordlondr Ovinabokin ("Northland Book of Beasts" - I think), mentioned in Refplace's list. It seems like, that is from GURPS itself (or at least officially approved by them) and came out a couple of years ago, but people keep overlooking it and asking if there's a fantasy bestiary, possibly because of the title!
Apparently, it's written for the Nordlond (Viking) setting (hence the title), but is designed so that the creatures are usable for most fantasy settings, and more recently there have been three supplements - bugs, reptiles and plant-monsters.

It looks like, Refplace's list are all official/officially-approved books, you just have to know where to look.

It looks like, the GURPS 4e edition of Transhuman Space, which isn't on that list, also has a long list of statted "parahumans", robot bodies and "bioroids", some humanoid and some very much not humanoid, which could be raided for interesting things to fight.

I'll just wish for the impossible and wish for:
A bestiary that focuses on creatures with magical attacks and abilities.

Yes, a bestiary that wants practical application of the GURPS magic systems.

Oh...I just noticed that I'm 5 months too early. Didn't want to scare you that much.

...butseriously it's a pretty big weakness of the books, imho...

Literally it's Nordlond Enemy Book. I usually refer to it by the subtitle, "Bestiary and Enemies Book" or just the Nordlond Bestiary.

I have a free preview document at my website, which includes the ToC as well as an excerpt called By Any Other Name which gives the D&D equivalents for something like 50-60 creatures. The animals, of which there are many, are also 1-1 subs for that game.
