Actually said not within any game, but I immediately imagined it as a hilarious uttering by some clueless character in THS. (For those unfamiliar with THS, 'social interface' actually means primarily stuff like valet, receptionist, secretary, flight attendant, diplomat etc.)

Two from today's game:

GM: "Does anyone who's alive have Camouflage skill?"

Player: "Who going to be buying Tsarist memorabilia from Stalin?"
GM: "Lots of Americans."

Another THS one:

Caine (PC): ...And let the lights stay on.
GM: Clarification: does that mean, that you are forcibly turning on the night lamp? :) I'm just getting a clarification.)
Me, thinking to self: wow, the house AI sure is not willing to change the state of the lightbulb; has to be forced.

(This was a misunderstanding, but, again, it looked cute in THS context.)

D&D abstractifies hit points to an extent that they're supposed to include dodged blows. In GURPS, I can break kneecaps. 'Nuff said.
Quoted for memorability.

Selene: "He [NPC] said he's suddenly being investigated as part of some national-level case. As soon as they start looking into it, they'll surely take an interest in [stuff the party is planning to do]."
Indar: "In that case, we're running out of time."
Talin: "Not quite. There's a 50% chance that he [NPC] is talking about a letter I wrote him [impersonating national security]."
Indar: "Chance?!"
Talin: "Well, it looks like what I wrote. But it might be a coincidence."
Indar: sighs and shakes head, speechless.

--------------

Isn't it awesome when the team-mates are concocting a plan that requires coordination, and then proceed to (with 50% probability!) surprise each other?

While we're waiting for our ICBINE game to start, one of the players asked a question about her updated skill list.

"Can I use Forced Entry with Erotic Art?"

A little later (we're still in game):
Kneely: "If it attacks you, it's not your pet."
Flea (same from above): "But, it could be a party member."

Wasn't there a part in The Bible where David wrestles God, and God taps out?

You're thinking of Jacob, in the passage where he's renamed Israel. Interpretations differ as to whether he wrestled God or an angel, but whoever it is doesn't tap out. After a nightlong match, the guy touches Jacob's hip, wrenching it out of place, but Jacob still doesn't yield.

I'd call it a draw, if not a technical victory for Jacob due to the endgame cheat.

Oh, I wouldn't call it a "cheat". Angels can do things like that, and unless they agreed on a set of rules before the match started, the angel just used his normal abilities. If you're going to tangle with the supernatural, you have to expect things like that. It's not cheating if you wrestle a grizzly and he uses his size and strength against you (Just playing Devil's Advocate!)
