Yes but I don't know how to use Throwing art rules to reflect bouncing a thrown weapon off 1st target to hit 2nd.

Stack the penalties from Ranged Rapid Strike and Disarn and add an extra -2 for conserving ammo. Or just have the infinite ammo perk. Or spend an impulse point (like from Ninjitsu!)
