That's not enough for a Rebuild. You need at least 5% of the original mass.

But if the question is "Can you use this spell to make money?" the answer is yes. Even spells not designed to do anything but kill goblins can have financially useful applications.

Note that Repair requires you to supply material suitable for making replacement parts, which would ordinarily be those salvaged bits. Not too surprisingly given the problems of the entire Tech college, Rebuild doesn't say it inherits that limitation, but probably would if it had been playtested.

What if you had an alternate tech car (or a real space vehicle) that ran off an RTG?

Obviously the schematic calls for the power unit to be 'full'. so would a rebuild also provide fuel in this case?
