I don't understand where the "looks that literally kill" is coming from at all though. The OP seems to be describing something that's basically just negative appearance, not a super-power to kill people by looking at them.

So you can disregard what I said and call it a day. I have done nothing wrong, and I even included a conditional qualifier in my post. Your attention to my post is unwelcome.

Picture a little girl who has a doll-like beauty. A beauty so flawless you wonder if a real living child could be so flawless. In fantasy the cold beauty of the varrious "La Belle Dame Sans Merci" types stands out as an example. In science fiction the android of transhuman who is so perfect in the beauty they unnerve people around them. The idea of a kind of beauty, compelling and unnerving is common in a lot of fantastic literature. So...how would this work mechanically?

Thank you for your help.
That would be a combination of both high appearance and Unnatural Features. A social stigma may attach as well.

I don't know the source material at all, I was trying to figure out if I'm missing something important.

To me this looks like just Unnattractive with some fluff about being "theoretically attractive but in the uncanny valley". You came in with a mortal gaze attack, so I thought that there's some information missing from the OP.

I'm sorry if I'm coming across as rude. I'm really just trying to ask about the source material...

Fair enough. I said what needed to be said before anyway. I just got more emphatic when my point wasn't recieved.

Sorry Vicky.

As written in Uncanny valley Wikipedia article movement amplifies the negative emotional response.

So most uncanniness comes from skewed facial expressions and robotic movement.

Until you see these real-life Barbie dolls.
