or Interceptor Vest + Plates are both good choices in High Tech, which are as concealable as her assault rifle and automatic shotgun (they need to go in the bag when in nice areas.
I'd rather be wearing the vest when investigating the office building and packing the pistol. Also SAPI plates are heavy, if you carry them in a bag you'll wish you hadn't.

Well, the vest and plates are 16lbs, which is lighter even than DR 6 plate armor (though admittedly, way heavier than the 2lb concealable vest)

And they cost 1500, which is only a little more than the 1000 of the concealable version

Put 16lbs in a gym bag and walk around with it for a little while; you'd rather be wearing it. When you get shot while it's still in the bag, you'd definitely rather be wearing it. :).

I don't know what the setting Sunny is from is like, but I'd guess it's probably one where concealable armor is a good idea.

Gentlefolk, check out the quirks that RPK has allotted. They are hilarious.

Hath I not said that the ex-Marine's lack of game has filled this gentle giant with mirth beyond....oh I can't keep that up, one of my players in my current game has decided that this is a quirk his character needs mostly due too a lot of in game stuff that has happened. Yes indeedy, NO Game is perfect for his character.

I think sir_pudding is referring to reports that the performance reports of the Dragon Armor have been greatly exaggerated.

FYI, I know that a few of you were able to peek at the other hunters' GCA files ahead of time due to a very silly mistake that I made when uploading the original page. (For the rest of you, no, you can't see them anymore -- I fixed it the second I realized what I did!)

If you got to do this, lucky you! But I'd like to ask you to please not spoil the other hunters yet. I went to some trouble to get these characters ready and to set them up as a gradual leak, so if you appreciate my taking the effort to do that, the best way you can thank me is to let me roll them out one at a time. So please, don't tell anyone what you saw, or even that you were one of the (very few) who got a sneak peek. It'll be a lot more fun this way. :)

Considering she has a crossbow, automatic shotgun, and assault rifle, she clearly gets into situations where she breaks out the not so concealable toys, removing them from her bag

In such a situation she could also remove the body armor from her bag as well

I do admit I find carrying my own LARP armor to be a massive chore and very straining, but I'm not a ST 13 Marine

(of course, if she had enough money and strength she could always own 2 sets of armor)
