Did I miss an errata? Fencing and Weapon Expertise require IQ 11. Above they all have it with only IQ 10.

Shield Expertise is the cheap exp talent at IQ 10.

Did you code the Javelin master as alternating disengage and stand vs charge?

I did use some different rules of thumb for disengaging, charging, set vs. charge, going defensively, based on if you had a higher DX than the opponent and could do so safely or not. In the end, I think I went with a simpler rule of thumb based on relative MA and some estimated percentage chance for charge, normal attack, and set vs. charge. Several of those will depend on other things, like being engaged by third party, obstacles in the arena, if time is on your side or not, how far you can back up, etc.
