Light Crossbow sniper shots at adjDX 14 and ti hit 14 for 2d every turn, but the fight is over at the start of turn one.

I've always found Mollies die spontaneously. Is it really necessary to set out to kill one?

Oh, dear, Molly has unwittingly wandered through an area invested with flying mana leeches, and a half dozen or so latched onto her, rendering her effective spellcasting ST is zero.

Hence the high level staff dagger that is immune to drop and break weapon results.

Possible, but as Molly has a dagger mastery and a free defend action due to staff V, the roll-to-hit is on 6 dice and at -2 DX to hit.
