Perhaps it could also be made an oil and put into a lamp or candle. Effective radius of a MegaMegahex. My guess is that this oil version was created by Elves.

I don't have a cost for this item - But I've put a relic into my game which is a magical healing vessel. A chalice in a temple.

Any liquid left in it for 4 hours will heal 2 hits of injury. Not really enough to quickly heal someone up in the midst of a fight - and the 4 hour wait each time gives it very limited use. It is however a significant religious item.

Demag Specs

A pair of colored enchanted crystals that temporarily allows magic scrolls to be read without it “taking over the mind” while figure reads it. (Scrolls – ITL p 141) The wearer is told exactly what it will do without having to “glance at it". The scroll does not go off, so it does not burst into flame.

Must be in a language the figure knows for the character to understand what it says. These specs can be used by Wizard or Hero. Cursed scroll will take over magically regardless of the specs.

Cost 1 fatigue per page.

Ghost Staff: The ex-wizard knew Staff-V. In exchange for not blowing your hand off you agree to carry his staff and complete his quest. As just a staff it can only recover 3 mana per day and is usually concentrating on that unless addressed. Note that there isn't anyway for anybody else to add mana.

Occult strike 1d+2 at adjDX 13, it's also an unbreakable two-handed maul for the wielder

Geas (cast on the unlucky wielder), Spellsniffer, Staff I through V (not that it matters now), Unnoticeability, Regeneration, Diamond Flesh, Remove Thrown Spell, Telekinesis (only for the staff itself), 7-Hex Illusion, Fireproofing, 7-Hex Fire, Curse, Pathfinder (using the staff itself), Break Weapon (only on the target of a maul strike), Reverse Missiles, Persuasiveness, Reveal/Conceal, Staff to Snake (on self), Lock/Knock, Light (staff only)
