OOC: Pacifica is not in position to risk her façade and play it straightforward like Vinobi. Regarding her acting skill results, I wonder if Vinobi has Detect Lies, because that is the way to tell whether she is lying or not. If he lacks the skill, then it is his PER -6. On the other hand, I wonder if you took into account her appearance and the +1 to acting for every point of IQ over him (I guess Pacifica has more IQ than Vinobi).

I am not pursuing the same tactic. Acting is not the same as fast-talk; if I wanted to reroll acting, I could have employed luck to reroll her or Vinobi’s results. Pacifica is talking between lines here.

It's as I told you before sir, it's a list of potential Dread-Stormers or (as you say) “LA QUINTA crewmen”. I am just doing my job. Zybo is aware I reported this matter to you, and AFAIK he trusts you may conduct the respective investigation. The investigation you took from my report and the events you have reported or may report to our chief officer depend solely on you. If you require any help, please let me know. The chief officer requires my presence after my shift, it might be a good chance to feed him with useful information if you haven't. I understand he trusts in the results we may present to him.
