I don't have a copy of the book yet, but in my manuscript the pronunciation is discussed in the first paragraph that follows the opening story: "the T'reo (Ta-REE-o) School can hold as many terrors as wonders!"

Am I the only person happy to see Yzor officially part of Cidri after 45 years? Now we only need to work in Flavius.

Re: T'reo School for TFT Up on Kickstarter
I thought Yzor was baked in right from Wizard’s release in ‘78.

Re: T'reo School for TFT Up on Kickstarter
It depends on how you interpret his first appearance. He was in the original Wizard which predated Cidri/In the Labyrinth and therefore does not explicitly make him part of Cidri. The original Wizard was presented as a war game/magic system for rpgs without specific ties to a given world. Note that in Melee Falvius is a Roman centurion and Wulf is a German barbarian so we can't assume the samples are automatically part of Cidri.

Re: T'reo School for TFT Up on Kickstarter
Thanks! I'd wanted to write it since I read the Wizard vignette in 1978...

Re: T'reo School for TFT Up on Kickstarter
There's more Yzor in the upcoming PATH OF MASTERY solo, as you get to interact with him if you opt to join one of the school clubs
he's in, or get Aronnen as a mentor during the term.
