Default Resistant to Metabolic Hazards vs Resistant to Disease & Poison

Can a racial template have Resistant to Disease, Resistant to Poison, and Resistant to Metabolic Hazards? Or does Resistant to Metabolic Hazards make Resistant to Disease and Resistant to Poison redundant?

If they are all at the same level then yes Resistant to Metabolic Hazards makes the other two redundant (and Resistant to Sickness too).

You could have Immune to Disease, Resistant to Poison +8 and Resistant to Metabolic Hazards +3 or something like that.

I'll note that, with Resistant to Metabolic Hazards including those other two, a fair way to price the above would be to pay normally for Resistant to Metabolic Hazards +3, then pay the difference between Resistant to Poison +3 and Resistant to Poison +8 for the latter, and finally pay the difference between Resistant to Disease +3 and Immune to Disease for the latter (because you've already paid for the +3 level of Resistant). So:

Resistant to Metabolic Hazards +3 [10] + Resistant to Poison +8 [2] + Immune to Disease [7], rather than [10] + [7] + [10].

Stupid question, sorry, but does Resistant to Metabolic Hazards cover neurotoxins?
