D&D showed up in a couple prominent episodes of "Community" -- the first of which is, unfortunately, almost impossible to find nowadays because one of the characters cosplays during the game as a Drow... :/

ST-TOS featured 3D Chess on a few occasions. While the game itself was made up, they presented that people in the future were still playing table top games.

While a movie, Star Wars(before they had numbers) did show a holographic table top miniature combat game.

I seem to recall one of the later episodes of "Big Bang Theory" involving one of those insanely large WWII SPI games.

Yep. In fact, it was the absolute "worst" (insanely large AND insanely complex) -- Campaign for North Africa! And tellingly, at the end, they realized they would have to start all over again because they hadn't been playing it right thanks to the insanely complex rules! ;-)
