Default [Build Advice] Modifier Naming?

Okay, so ...

...?, +225% (for Telecommunication: Telesend)
Components:
  • Cosmic (Retains Control of Independent Use), +50%
  • Independent (Power has penalty for simultaneous use), (+70%; Extended Duration (Permanent w/ Dispelling Condition), +150%) +175%
    • Dispelling Condition: Target doesn't want to listen anymore.
It allows for (potentially unlimited) "permanent" telesend channels that don't penalize establishing further contacts which the target can close at will for any/every reason by simply not wanting to "hear" ... but what do I call it? :blanks: And to make the thread more generally useful, anyone else have custom modifiers they want help naming?
