Say you had:
Neutralize (Power Theft, Boosts Own Abilities, +300%; Ranged, +40%; Area Effect 10, +500%) Would it give you the points of everyone within that Area Effect 10 range, or only one? I'm assuming that this isn't legal, but the only limitation against it in the text seems to be: "You can’t use Neutralize again until the “borrowed” powers wear off or you “return” them (a free action on your turn)." Which doesn't really limit this method. |
