click on the "Counters" dropdown at the top of the page. There's an option to download; it will zip all the files and download the zip file.

That's the preferred approach. (When this post was initially written, doing so required a Google account, but that folder has since been opened up to public access.) Also, if you have a Google account there's an option in there somewhere to "add shortcut to Drive" (or some such) which adds a link to that folder to your own GDrive.

At least, think they are. They don't look like your old 48x48-pixel ones, but i'm pretty certain they came from something of yours.
