I'll be a slow poster until next tuesday, I think. See you then and maybe a little in between!

Consider how you want your character to proceed down the dark tunnels.
Who’s the light source/s?
Who’s taking point?
Who’s bringing up the rear?
And so on.

Does Jack see/know any way to turn the lights on in the tunnel? (this is what he does, after all...)

Not yet, you’ll need to follow wires to a control panel or fuse box. That means going into the darkness, with a light source.

Cascabel has a built-in light source. I'd also like to take a but for some proper mystical preparation. Cascabel's a much better shot if she can bless her gun, and bullets with our nanes on them can hardly go amiss*.

*One of my preferred symbolic representations for things like Chaperone or Ghost Shirt: somewhere there's a bullet with your name on it, and if you're wearing it on a necklace, it can't be the one that's incoming, right?

If you’re trying a ritual, you will want a prepared space. Do you have one? I don’t think so.

What bonuses do you want to invoke for the ritual?

Do you need reminders of the campaign’s ritual rules?

Wouldn't there be a prepared space back where we're holed up before those goons came in to shoot us?

Laid up with a migraine yesterday.

If we took up residence in one of the offices here, we could take some time to do a bit of the old cleansing rites, stow our gear that we don't want to carry while exploring, and leave Pops so he won't get shot by whatever we find when we go delving.
As for symbolism, I reckon that some quick tagging should answer for a one-ritual space, so that's -1. It's a group of 5, so that's- 4, but that's counteracted by everybody being present for +4. I have a name for everyone, but not a proper one, so that's a null. The literal carved bullet as a symbol of protection is hopefully good for at least a +1, that's a GM ruling, and putting a drop of the subject's blood inside the bullet in place of powder should be +3. If the amulets are good for 12 hours (-2), that's a net +1, or +2 if the others are willing to spend three full hours in a poorly lit room consuming stimulants (just coffee, unless anyone has any smokes on them) and listening to Cascabel's inspirational mix of songs such as "Invincible", "Bulletproof", "Unstoppable" &c.
