Necromancer: valuation?

I recently found my original copy of "Necromancer" that I removed from The Space Gamer #55, September 1982.

Under pressure from the Mrs. I am downsizing games that I will not play, and I have to admit that I won't play this one.

The counters are uncut, and it is in good shape.

Looking at BGG, the games for sale are all in a pocket box, so hard to compare.

I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts on its value. I'd like to see it go to a good home and get played!
