The Hipster card says, “A Hipster may ignore any “Usable only by” or “Not usable by” rules.
A "Skull Helmet" for all races. And there are no labels “Usable only by” or “Not usable by”. Does "Skull Helmet" give a hipster the maximum bonus? |

I would assume they would only get the +4 if they are also an Orc.

The rules are: read what is on the cards. There is nothing on the Hipster card saying it should always get the maximum benefit from any card -- only that it can use them in cases where they would normally not.

Since the Skull Helmet doesn’t have any “Usable only by” or “Not usable by” restrictions, the Hipsters ability doesn’t really apply here. The Hipster just uses the Skull Helmet like anyone else would, with the standard bonus it provides. No extra bonus, but no restrictions either.
