Index of useful info?

I've been working on my own custom GM screen. What I've found, in my personal preference, is some of the information I need is difficult to condense into a short blurb. Sometimes, it's not referenced often enough to require its place on a screen, but not often enough that I remember where to find it again.

So, I've decided to create myself an index of sorts for these kinds of information. While I am an old fart in my 40s, I'm new to GURPS. My old age has brought me to the wisdom to know that there are others that likely have tackled similar issues. With that in mind, has anyone else compiled something similar?

As an example, my players asked about overland travel and the times involved. I came up with an answer on the fly and we moved on. After a bit of research today on another topic, I stumbled across a Pyramid article discussing transportation rules. From said article, I was led to LowTech Companion 2 and to B351.

On my document, I have listed...

• Hiking – Pg B351
• Realistic Foot Travel – LowTech: Companion 2, Pg 32
• LowTech Transportation – Pyramid #3/95, pg 13

Unfortunately, my memory isn't what it used to be, so writing up a doc with this sort of info is ideal. Is something like this already out in the wild?

I have an old official gurps 3e GM screen that works well enough for 4e as well. The tables and other info that I use all the time on that screen are:

Speed / range chart.
Reaction roll table
Random hit location
Critical hits and misses


I usually have detailed NPC stat blocks handy and corresponding weapons tables readily accessible. Outside of that roll and shout works just fine.

GURPS Calculator has a "Search GURPS Indicies", that might work for what you want.

This, exactly! The only thing it's missing is Pyramid stuff, but I'll manage. Thank you!
