Default are Healing Drug and Universal Antibodies meant to be combined with Followup or Link?

Powers 151 descriptions of these modified "Healing" advantages both have "Onset", which means a normally instant effect instead happens after a time. In these cases it's "After a minute" or "An hour after".

Healing is normally a "touch" ability. Both of these are limited with "Blood Agent".

Healing w/ Contact Agent would change from "touch the person, it's fine if you touch their clothes/armor" to "you have to actually touch THEM"

Blood Agent goes a step further to "you can't just touch their skin, you gotta touch a wound or a mucous membrane like eyes/nose or open mouth"

So I would expect the way this would normally work is that Healing would have one of four options:
1) give them a "mandible claw" (stick finger in mouth)
2) pick their nose
3) poke them in the eye
4) have your puppy minion use his Sharp Teeth to draw blood and then stick your finger into that wound before it heals
Whatever the case, I expect that to cause the required 'touch' range of Healing requires some kind of unarmed combat roll...

HD and UA have an interesting similar note though:
"to anyone who swallows or is injected with it"
"after swallowing it or receiving it via injection"
Swallow fulfills one standard port of mucous membrane entry (an open mouth).
The other standard options (up the nose or through the eye) don't appear to be acknowledged.
"Via injection" seems kind of close to the "open wound" criteria in classic Blood Agent.

Darts/needles injecting people with stuff makes me think of Followup, but you can't take Followup with something that has Blood Agent (they're penetration modifiers: incompatible)

So rather than actually modifying the "Healing" advantage with some kind of Followup, would the proper way to do this be "Link"?

IE if you Link +10% it then you could roll the damage for something like Piercing Attack to cause an open wound, and then if you do, a Blood Agent attack is able to work? IE you assume both halves of your Linked attack hit the same place if you make the same to-hit roll? B106 says you can do that if all seven ranged criteria are the same (not sure how that applies w/ Link on two Melee Attacks)

This sounds like a legal way to work against 0 DR flesh, but would cause problems for "shooting a needle through the DR of clothing" idea because DR would still apply to a Linked attack (unlike a Followup which ignores DR if a carrier penetrates it) which means the DR would still stop Blood Agent or (long as it's not Tough Skin) also Contact Agent.

The only exception would be if it was Ablative DR, in which case the 1st half of a Link could ablate the DR to 0 so it's not there to impede the 2nd half of Link?

Clothing DR doesn't generally operate this way though...

It seems like what I'm really looking for is allowing a combination of Blood Agent or Contact Agent limitations (both penetration modifiers) with Followup even though it's illegal...
