Trying to strike something on tiptoe?
Let's say you need to stretch out your body and get on tiptoe to hit something with your weapon. What penalties does that incur?
It seems to me that there'd be a to hit penalty, but I can even see a good justification for an effective Striking ST reduction for the purposes of the strike (aka lower damage). Any help from RAW on this one? Or else suggestions?

Re: Trying to strike something on tiptoe?
This is an All-Out Attack (Long) and the 'damage penalty' is relative to the All-Out Attack (Strong) that most people would employ against a defenceless target under normal circumstances.

Re: Trying to strike something on tiptoe?
I would definitely call that an All-Out Attack (Long), possibly with the addendum that if it's far enough out of your normal reach you can only do a Tip Slash instead of a regular swing or thrust.
