Being able to do that trick, as needed, would actually be more akin to Unkillable, perhaps with an Accessibility limitation. I'd guess Unkillable 3, because a digital entity in cyberspace is kind of analogous to a spirit on the astral plane. . . .

I agree, with David Johnston2. This is a pretty canicotal application of unkillable 3 with 'must have made a copy' as an Achilles heel (likely only -5%), and partial amnesia as a side effect (-10%, only information lost since last backup)

When you die you come back, at a safe place, in some period of time, forgetting what happened since you last updated your backup profile. You could be killed permanently IF someone could track down each and every copy of you and destroy them all, but that is highly unlikely to happen baring galaxy destroying events.
