Default Constant Concentration limitation

Lets say you have an advantage with an effect that lasts minutes, Affliction seems to be a good choice. But the effect ends if you don't take the Concentrate maneuver each turn. How much would that limitation be worth?

-15% for the "requires the concentrate maneuver every turn" part. It's called Requires Concentrate, and I think it's in GURPS Powers.

That only requires concentrate to start up the ability though right? It doesn't mean you have to continually concentrate or the duration goes to 0... or does it?

It explicitly requires continual concentration. That's the first sentence!

"Your ability requires a series of
Concentrate or Ready maneuvers to
maintain. Taking any other maneuver
(such as Attack or Move) causes it to
switch off."

Your Affliction is the ability to afflict a condition, though. You can't continue to afflict without concentration, but the effects of hitting somebody with an Affliction with Requires Concentrate don't go away when you do something else any more than the HP damage from an Innate Attack with the same limitation goes away when you stop concentrating.
