A lot of printers have a Manual Input tray option that will let you feed in a 3"x5" index card. Print your 'photo' on that with desired sizing from your image software and you can get pretty close to that instant photo experience if the printer is in the game area, complete with interesting printer noises as the 'photo' is 'developed'. The GM or players could even write notes on the back like a lot of folks did to label photos.

There is an iOS app called Polamatic (sorry, I don't know if it has an Android version) that puts Polaroid frames of various degrees of wrinkling around your pictures, and can add captions in a variety of handwritten-looking fonts.

You are actually not supposed to shake the pictures. I had a great old-school Polaroid in the 80s with those big metal plates you had to squeeze the picture in...
