Depends on your definition of the word 'Ogre'. In theory, any self-powered vehicle with a cyberbrain could be called an Ogre, which gets us down to golf-cart sized. Stick a layer of BPC on a golf cart, mount a machine gun and a cyberbrain, and you have a nano-Ogre.

In practice it just depends on how small a unit the Powers That Be are willing to spend money to put a cyberbrain in.

Have you played with the Mark One variants? If so, how effective were they? IMO the answer is, from a play testing perspective, whatever position you take on the Mark One. YMMV.
