You forgot Saintly Power-Ups in Pyramid #3/50: Dungeon Fantasy II. It's certainly written so it can be useful for non-DF games.

I don't know if you want NPCs, but Supporting Cast: Little Bits of Magic from #3/7 includes four characters who use the basic GURPS magic system (and only spells from Basic Set, to boot).

It already is a long list and I want to be sure it can be kept current and easy to use so I only included rule options, styles or things people would use for thier own world. NPCs, Locations, settignsall get excluded unless they have something widely applicable like a new system or way of doing things. New spells and Rituals count too as it saves people time trying to find them. |

D'oh! I'm a dummy. I was looking for magic alternative and supplementary rules in Pyramid issues to help me work through a lich vs. angel combat.
