Martial Arts Question

When using the limit on how many style perks a character may have (1 of that styles perks per 10 points in that styles techniques and required skills; MA pg. 50) how would you calculate Talents in that equation?

Several talents have skills that are required skills for various MA's:
Animal Friend/Beastmaster - Any MA with Animal Handling and/or Riding (Armatura Equestris, Bajutsu, Knightly Mounted Combat, etc.)
Natural Scientist/Sage/Social Scientist - Any MA with Philosophy (La Verdadera Destreza, Hung Gar Kung Fu, Kempo, Shaolin Kung Fu, etc)
Mr. Smash/Halfling Marksmanship - Any MA with those weapon skills
Stalker - Any MA with Stealth (Fairbairn Close Combat Training, etc)

I imagine it would count, but would it count at the full point cost (i.e. 5/level) giving 1 possible per per 2 levels? Or would is add in some other way?

AFAIK talents/advantages don't apply, you only count points in skills.

I would count points spent on Talents that are listed as (at least) Optional traits at full value.

The great example for this is Foot Archery whose elite users will probably have both Heroic Archer and WM:Bow.

On the other hand, I wouldn't just let you hunt around for vaguely applicable Talents. It'd have to be listed as part of the Style. .
