What happens when you run out of treasure cards during a game?

No one can draw Treasure until some is sold or otherwise forced out of people's hands. Remember, however, that both the hand size and the size of the pack are limited (five and two cards, respectively); if you haven't been implementing one or both of those resource-limiting rules, you should start.

Also, if you are just asking about what happens when the Treasure deck runs out, then you shuffle the discards to make a new deck.
