You have to get some relatively rare powers like Armor or Animal Powers. I seem to remember those gave you extra rolls on a sub-table that was heavy on stat boosts.

There's also growth or similar abilities to boost weight.

Drop Transformation, weakness detection, and special requirement.

Strength: 08
Endurance: 13
Agility: 12
Intelligence: 06
Charisma: 25
Disintegration Ray: Range 8, 1d20 damage, Power cost 2 per shot
Weakness Detection +2 to hit
Heightened Charisma A +14
Special Requirement
You seem to have retained Special Requirement, rather than dropping it, and to have dropped Stretching. And I don't think Stretching makes good sense with the other powers.

I dropped Transformation which dropped both of the two bonus powers that came with it, Stretching and Illusions. Special Requirement is just a sloppy cut and paste error because I found this character to be boring beyond belief.

Leader of the superteam belonging to a certain agency. She has a pair of magic bracers that transform her into living metal and allow her to self repair almost all damage. I have no good idea what she invented. Also if I was playing her as a character, I would be increasing her strength every level.

I was in a rush because I had a guest over last evening. I rolled Regeneration, Armor and Weather Control on the Power table, and then switched to the skills table hoping to get heightened strength A or heightened endurance A. Instead I got Heightened Intelligence, Heightened Charisma, Heightened Agility, Natural Weaponry and Heightened Expertise. Everything except what I was shooting for.

1. In what way is her Mutant Power beneficial?

2. What do you envision as the physics of her Mutant Power? Denser material? Heavier bones? Different build? I'm having trouble seeing how extra weight would give her some of those things and not others. (Or, wait a minute, does her MP make her effectively lighter? How exactly does that work?)

3. How do you rationalize the Vulnerability?

Her Mutant Power makes her lighter, yes, but with all the advantages of biological armor. She's vastly strong and durable for her weight. It means she has +2 agility instead of -2 agility, and she can jump real far. As for the vulnerability, frankly I just had no ideas for it. Her durability just doesn't very well against that particular attack.

You could have dropped the Heightened Endurance. It probably doesn't add all that much to her capabilities.
